All it takes are a couple of boys playing too rough to be left with a nasty hole in your drywall that needs to be replaced. We know how stressful this can be for you, to find out that your wall has damage that may be difficult to repair. Thankfully, when you come to us, you’re benefiting from years experience building and repairing walls and leaving them in perfect condition. Whenever you have a slip up and there’s any damage done to your wall, know that you can trust Evanston Drywall to come out and repair it for you. We know that sometimes these repairs can be urgent, so if you have a big event coming up and you need the drywall repaired as quick as possible, gives us a call and let us know so we can be out there straight away with all the equipment we need to have it repaired.
Small Holes and Cracks
Sometimes holes and cracks can form on their own, without anyone needing to do anything to the wall for them to form. When the temperature changes this can lead to the timber in the walls to swell and shrink, expanding and contracting against the drywall and causing cracks (sometimes even large ones) to form without warning. When a hole or crack forms, you want to make sure that it is repaired properly, because a DIY job may lead to you using the wrong materials that aren’t flexible enough for your wall and the problem may just happen again.
Large Surface Repair
We know how these things happen, sometimes its as simple as not paying attention reversing into your garage and crashing your car through the drywall, leaving a trunk sized hole in the wall that needs to be repaired. These big repairs may seem daunting and begin to raise your blood pressure, but we can assure you that they are just as easy to repair as the small ones, they may just take a bit more time. We can help to repair any size damage to a piece of drywall, leaving it looking perfectly smooth when we are done, as if there was never any damage in the first place.
We try to use the best quality drywall materials with all of our jobs, but sometimes the quality is less important as it is to match the surrounding material in a repair. Whatever it is that has been used to build your wall, sometimes we will have to match it to make sure the wall looks right when we are done.
Color Matching Walls
So many DIY jobs we see you can clearly tell where the repair has been done - the surface isn't smooth and the paint doesn’t quite match. We go to extra lengths to make sure that the color paint we use is exactly the same, so your damage is totally undetectable - you’ll have a hard time remembering where the damage was once you see how well we have fixed it up!
